With 85 percent of its human asset at the technical side, the Company has the ability and logistics to support all emerging requirements at customer premises or otherwise.
Our technical support group has a large team of very qualified and experienced engineers who enable both the installation and post installation maintenance both in the HW and SW domains.
Our Support Engineers have experience with a wide range of technological systems in the field of encryption, surveillance (COMINT,SIGINT), EW, monitoring and signal analysis and can undertake repairs, maintenance, installation and integration of any of the systems in these and allied domains. Our experience of having worked with various integrated and stand alone systems has enabled us to evolve and develop a near perfect style of support. The support team is available 24x7 providing uninterrupted technical and maintenance support.
Our maintenance process includes :
Investigation and resolution of field problems.
Fielding of software and hardware solutions to problems.
A complete obsolete parts replacement process.
Training both in-house and customer facilities.

Our response is always tailored to the customers requirements, this can range from the supply of user spares, through providing the base level repair, to the supply of a complete Base Workshop facility, with the repair staff trained to instructor standard.
The Company offers technical support in the following domains :
Warranty period and through AMC in the post warranty period.
1st level Repairs through in house infrastructure fully equipped with modern test
facilities/equipment.
Support for any integrated system installed by third party. We enable training of our engineers accordingly if required.
