Shoghi Digital Voice/ Fax Logger STL-2050USB is a PC based Multi-Channel Digital Recorder designed for obtaining extended recordings of Fax and Audio signals.

STL-2050USB was specifically designed keeping in view an economical solution for extended recordings during surveillance and communications operations. The system is designed for maximum expandability at minimum cost. The Voice signal are recorded in compressed format on a magnetic media usually a Hard Disk Drive and immediately converted to nonproprietary .WAV format for playback in case of voice in case of Fax the recorded audio is converted into tiff file for viewing. Recording can be triggered by Receiver pick-up (On Hook, Off Hook Mode), Audio activity (VOX Mode), Ring Detection Mode (Pseudo Mode).

Built for cost saving, reliability, and user-friendly operation, the STL-2050USB provides easy access to all external I/O and system control, and is based on standard PC. Optionally the system may include a CD-rewriter as well as tape drive, which store 800 channel/hours per media. Simultaneous monitoring of up to 32 channels is possible on a single system.

A complete database containing all the call related information like In/out tag, Calling Date, Call Start Time, Call End Time, Call Duration etc. is maintained. Extended search capabilities on all the call related information is also available. There are also provisions for sorting records based on channel no., telephone no., date, start time, end time, call duration etc. The user interface of STL-2050USB has been carefully designed for ease of operation, without compromising on the functional requirements. Each Icon on the main screen has an associated tool tip text, which explains its function.
