The Shoghi Wide Direction Finding System has been designed and integrated for monitoring and control of a wideband direction finder, which is based on Watson-Watt algorithm for direction finding in the HF frequency range and Interferometer set-up for direction finding in the VHF/UHF frequency range for the computation of position data.
Shoghi WBDF comprises the following individual components:
HF-COMCAT tuner (x3)
Signal Processing Server
Antenna Matrix
Time and frequency server
Operating computer
LAN switch (option)
